At The Mill Furniture Outlet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in original condition. Please note that custom orders and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Authorization number and instructions.

    Prepare the Item

    Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and place it back into its original packaging with all hardware, manuals, and protective padding included.

  • 3.
    Schedule Pickup or Shipping

    For large furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional freight pickup; for smaller accent items, use the provided prepaid shipping label to drop off at any authorized carrier location.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item for damages, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
