Does my furniture come fully assembled?
Many of our larger pieces, such as sofas and dressers, arrive fully assembled. Smaller items or flat-pack style collections may require some assembly; please check the 'Product Details' section on the individual item page for specific information.
What are your shipping and delivery options?
We offer standard curbside delivery, inside placement, and White Glove delivery which includes full assembly and packaging removal. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
Do you offer financing for large purchases?
Yes, we partner with several financing providers to offer flexible monthly payment plans. You can select the financing option at checkout to see if you pre-qualify without affecting your credit score.
Can I see the furniture in person before buying?
As an outlet-focused retailer, we primarily operate online to keep our prices low. However, we have a flagship showroom located in the heart of the furniture district where select collections are available for viewing. Please contact our support team to see if a specific piece is on display.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your furniture upon delivery. If you notice any damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact our customer service team within 48 hours with photos of the damage so we can arrange for a repair or replacement.
